Process

How a web project works

Five stages, each with something for you to approve, so big changes happen early when they are cheap.

1. Scope and quote

You send the quote form. We reply with questions about your customers, the jobs the site must do and the tools you use now. Then you get a written quote with the page list, features, what is included in revisions, and a launch date. Nothing starts until you accept it.

2. Wireframes

We draw the main pages and any booking, quote or portal screens as gray-box wireframes. This is where you move sections around, add a missing question to the form, or cut a page. Changes here take minutes; the same change after design and build takes far longer.

3. Design

We apply your logo, colors, type and photos to the approved wireframes and show the home page and one inner page on desktop and phone. Once those are approved, the rest of the pages follow the same style.

4. Build and test

We build the site on a private test address. You click through it on your own phone and computer, send test bookings or quote requests, and mark anything that looks wrong. We fix the list and check again on common phones and browsers.

5. Launch and handover

We connect your domain, set up redirects from any old pages, submit the sitemap to search engines and confirm that forms reach you. You get every login and a short guide to editing the pages you change most.
