Quote and estimate request forms

A form that asks the questions you would ask on the phone, so each request arrives ready to price.

Why a better form pays off

A plain contact form gets you a name, a number and "how much for a fence?" Then the calls start: how long, what material, is there a gate, what is the address. A quote form asks those questions in order, skips the ones that don't apply, and lets the customer attach photos. You read one complete request and reply with a price or a visit time.

How the form is built

Long forms scare people off, so we split them into short steps. The first step asks what the job is. The next steps change with the answer: a roofing request asks about the roof type and leaks, while a gutter request asks about length and stories. Address lookup fills in the street and town. Photo upload works from the phone camera. The last step asks for contact details, once the customer has already put in some effort.

Where requests go

DestinationGood for
Email to you or your officeSmall teams that answer every request by hand
A shared spreadsheetTracking requests, follow-ups and won jobs in one place
Your CRM or job softwareBusinesses that already schedule work in a field service tool
An instant estimate pageSimple jobs with a clear price formula you control

Spam and junk requests

Public forms attract junk. We add hidden spam traps and checks that don't annoy real customers, and we can require a phone number or a service address so you only spend time on real jobs.

Questions

Can the form show a price right away?

For jobs with a clear formula, yes, as a range you set. Most trades prefer to show a range and confirm after seeing photos, and we can build it either way.

Can customers upload large photos?

Yes. Photos are resized on the phone before upload, so they arrive quickly and still show enough detail to price the job.
